How do I find the most recent economist journal to read?

Thanks for your message.  There are two main ways to get to the most recent issue of The Economist. 

The first is to come to Herrick Library.  If you come in the main entrance (opposite Powell Campus Center) you will go to your right and find a rack of the most recent issues of about 30 magazines, and a comfortable place to read them. 

The second way is to go the Herrick home page http://herrick.alfred.edu and select Journal Locator from the bar across the top.  Choose "title equals" and then type "The Economist" into the search box.  Your results will give you several databases which carry that title and you can read the most recent issue from your computer.
