Over the past week, I have been experiencing difficulty getting on databases (i.e., psycINFO, Proquest, Education source, etc). Do you know if the websites are down or if there is something I could try? I am using Safari, if that helps at all.
Good morning Courtney. Thanks for letting us know that you had trouble using the databases. I've checked with ITS and they say that there was a server problem this morning. We also had some authentication issues last week. The server problem has now been resolved.
Can you check the databases again and let me know if they're working now? And if they aren't, please let me know whether you can get to the databases at all, or if you can get to the databases, but can't get the articles. Any information along those lines will help in trouble shooting.
